Programmatic is amazing. I love technology and having our ad spend in separate silos never made a lot of sense. It was like being in the stock market writing those little tickets for pricing. Instead, Web Sprout stepped us up to the next level. We are now using Programmatic, which uses artificial intelligence for bidding across all our platforms, like Facebook, Instagram, etc. So, we modernized our advertising ad spend like the stock market is modernized today. Computers bid on the stock market, now our artificial intelligence through Programmatic does our bidding and Web Sprout optimizes all of our ads.

The ads they make are eye-catching and I feel the Web Sprout team really understands us. We are a group of neuropsychologists, so this is not an easy task. Believe me when I say we have been through several ad agencies and they didn't get us at all. Geofencing is fun and also amazing. I literally went to my competition and where my clients hang out and identified the geofences I wanted. Web Sprout went into action right away. Now for the fun part. Did you know you can combine geofencing, keywords, and really send your exact message to your avatar through multiple channels? I didn't, and now that I do, I feel so far ahead of my competition they are eating my dust. Since we started Geofencing, our sales are going up, and this is during a slow time of year for us.

We recently added CTV. Again, Web Sprout is full of innovations. So yes, I'm on TV, and I am delivering amazing commercials to my potential clients. We are a small business, not wealthy, but Web Sprout has made all this happen for us.
